Everything below is done in-house at our Surrey workshop — by specialists, on the machines the work was meant for.

Engine rebuilds
Top-end refreshes through to full engine rebuilds. Crankshaft work, mains and seals, bore work and pistons, cylinder porting checks, cases and gearbox — rebuilt to spec, run-in advice included.

Full restoration
From single components to complete motorcycles: strip-down, assessment, engineering work, blasting, paint, replating and final assembly. Period-correct detail is the standard, not the aim.

Vapour blasting
In-house vapour blasting for engine cases, cylinder heads, carburettors, hubs, brackets and alloy components. Returns parts to a clean, satin factory-style finish without attacking the metal.

Media blasting
Sand and media blasting in-house for suitable frames, swinging arms, brackets and steel components — the right preparation before powder coating or paint.

Paint & refinishing
Tanks, side panels, fairings and full period-correct paint schemes. Colour matching and period graphics handled as part of a restoration or as a standalone job.

Bikes bought & sold
Original, restored and workshop-prepared two-strokes — projects, riders and rare machines. What we sell leaves the workshop sorted, not just cleaned up.

Trade work
Outsourced vapour blasting, media blasting, paint, component restoration and engine work for other workshops. Reliable turnaround, trade rates, collection and return by courier.
